The Process

The INIM process is a transparent method to solve problems, to develop new solutions in any field. Once you have been through it, you can easily use it yourself for any situation you see fit.

This is how it works: The INIM process is the backbone of a workshop in which key stakeholders get to treat an important problem or opportunity. Since top competence from you company is fed into the process, it becomes very fast. Typically no more than three to five workshop sessions are needed to invent the solution.

And since people from your company participate, you get three more benefits: a) Immediate buy-in, since the key stakeholders themselves created the solution. b) Immediate implementation, since people can just walk out of the workshop and start acting on the results. c) Education, since people from your company participate in the process, they also learn it.
